United Kingdom and Northern Ireland:
Your goods will be posted out Recorded "Signed for" to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

Overseas:
All overseas orders will be charged £3.45 for postage.

Delivery 

The Seller's policy is to dispatch goods within 24 hours of receiving an order, however, it may take upto 2days. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery.  

Returns

If the goods have not been sent we can cancel and issue a full refund straight away. If the goods have been dispatched we will refund the full purchase price but not the postage and packaging cost. Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations you can return any product to us, providing they are un-used and in an as new condition, within 14 days from the day after you received the goods. We recommend you send any products back to us securely packaged using a certified delivery service, enclosing a copy of the original invoice. Any returned goods need to be sent back to Sanguine, 18 Skipper Court, Abbey Road, London, IG11 7GW (United Kingdom). Please send securely (we recommend recorded or special delivery). Please email us to inform us that you have returned any goods.
