Returns

 

If the goods have not been sent we can cancel and issue a full refund straight away. If the goods have been dispatched, we will refund less the cost incurred for shipping, once the goods have been returned to us in their original state. 

 

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you can return any product to us, providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition within seven days from the day after you receive the goods.

 

We recommend you send any products back to us securely packaged using a certified delivery service, enclosing a copy of the original invoice. If there is no fault with the product we do not refund delivery charges. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

 

Payment

 

Payment must be received using online transaction with a credit/debit card through PayPal or using your own PayPal account, or by telephone through our offices using a credit/debit card, or by post using a cheque. Goods are only dispatched after payment has cleared.

 

General

 

We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with manufacturers before ordering. Goods are NOT sold on a trial basis. Prices and manufacturers specifications subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

 

Guarantees

 

Manufacturers guarantees vary in length depending on the product and supplier. If you are unsure please check the guarantee slip which came with your item or contact us using the contact us section of this site.

 

Shortages & Damages

 

All shortages and damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt with no exceptions.
